placeM!NT (TZ Consulting) is recruiting on behalf of 4Ever Young (Corporate) for a field-based Franchise Business Coach / Franchise Operations Coach. This remote role (US) requires up to 70% travel and focuses on improving franchise performance through KPI management unit economics membership growth operational execution and franchisee accountability.
You will coach franchise owners/operators across all phases (new to mature) to improve key metrics including YoY revenue growth membership net gain membership conversion lead-to-prospect conversion average ticket and patient satisfaction/quality. You will also support new center openings (NCO) and onsite training as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach franchisees using scorecards structured check-ins and clear follow-through.
- Create and track action plans tied to measurable outcomes and deadlines.
- Drive KPI improvement across revenue membership conversion average ticket and patient experience.
- Reinforce operating standards and required training; improve system adoption.
- Travel for in-person center reviews franchisee meetings and interventions; support new center openings and onsite training as needed.
- Partner with internal teams (Operations Marketing Training Development).
- Track and document progress using tools such as Zenoti CRM and Microsoft 365.
Schedule: Full-time. Travel and center support may require occasional early mornings evenings or weekends.

- Zenoti and CRM experience (or similar platforms).
- Membership sales / conversion background.

What You Bring 3 years in franchise or multi-unit operations with experience consulting or leading in wellness spa beauty or hospitality environments. Proficiency in business analysis including P&L interpretation and KPI coaching. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Adept at training facilitating group conversations and managing change. Highly organized and resilient with a strong sense of accountability. Bachelors degree preferred. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture collaborative relationships with spa franchise owners and their teams. Conduct quarterly spa visits and operational assessments. Coach owners on KPIs business performance marketing execution and guest experience. Support new spa openings and lead training sessions as part of launch readiness. Deliver feedback and insights based on P&L reviews guest satisfaction data and performance trends. Guide at-risk locations toward recovery through action plans and structured coaching. Align franchisee operations with the Woodhouse mission culture and evolving standards. Contribute to tools and programs developed by cross-functional teams (Marketing Training Operations).
Required Education:
Bachelors degree preferred.
