About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Jetbro you will work on building and scaling reliable production-grade systems where technology is central to how our clients and products operate. This role sits at the intersection of backend and frontend engineering requiring strong fundamentals clear thinking and a bias toward solutions that are simple stable and maintainable.
You will be involved across the lifecycle of a feature from understanding the problem and designing the system to implementing APIs and interfaces and supporting deployments in real-world environments. The backend is primarily built using and NestJS while the frontend leverages for performance structure and long-term scalability.
You will work closely with senior engineers and architects using AI coding agents (Cursor Copilot ChatGPT etc.) as daily tools while also learning whats actually happening under the hood. This is not a ticket-based job. Youll be encouraged to ask why break things (safely) and continuously upgrade your mental models.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools effectively to assist in writing and understanding code
- Build small but meaningful features under guidance
- Read and understand existing codebases (monorepos APIs services)
- Ask good questions and document what you learn
- Improve prompts flows and logic in AI-powered features
- Gradually take ownership of parts of the system
Tech Stack
- Backend: Python FastAPI Pydantic async programming
- Frontend: TypeScript React Tailwind CSS
- AI Layer: LLM APIs RAG pipelines Graph RAG concepts
- Databases: PostgreSQL Redis Graph databases (Neo4j or similar)
- Infrastructure: Docker CI/CD cloud deployments
