Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer will play a critical role in the planning execution and completion of LED display and LFD projects. This position involves coordinating with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing complex projects in the LED display or related industry.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Management:

a. Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and budget management.

b. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing.

c. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Technical Expertise:

a. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design and development to installation and maintenance.

b. Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.

c. Ensure all technical aspects of the project meet industry standards and client specifications.

3. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

a. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing technical queries and providing regular project updates.

b. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

c. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Quality Assurance:

a. Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet the highest standards.

b. Conduct thorough testing and validation of displays and systems before deployment.

c. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during and after installation.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

a. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications progress reports and post-project evaluations.

b. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

c. Ensure all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible.

Requirements

2 years of experience in project engineering or management preferably in the LED display or LFD industry.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in LED display technology electronics and related systems.

Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Office).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients vendors and internal teams. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Work Location: Mandaluyong

Work Set-up: Full Onsite (Monday to Friday)
