The Role
As a Data Analytics Engineer you will build and maintain the analytics foundation that powers operational product and executive reporting.
You will transform CRM support and operational data into reliable datasets and Tableau dashboards used by leadership for decision-making. The role focuses on analytics engineering data modeling and reporting within an established AWS Redshift and Databricks environment.
Your work will ensure accurate scalable and trusted data across business reviews performance reporting and analytics initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive reports to support operational reviews and leadership decision-making.
- Define and standardize KPIs reporting logic and analytics frameworks to ensure a single source of truth.
- Build analytics-ready data models in Redshift and Databricks integrating data from Salesforce Zendesk and internal systems.
- Perform ELT/ETL transformations using SQL and Python (Pandas) while optimizing queries and maintaining structured data layers (raw curated analytics-ready).
- Monitor data pipelines and scheduled refreshes troubleshoot inconsistencies and implement data validation checks.
- Maintain documentation for datasets metrics and data transformations to ensure transparency and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and deliver actionable insights.
What We Expect From You:
- 46 years experience in data analytics engineering BI or data platform environments supporting analytics and reporting.
- Strong expertise in advanced SQL Python (Pandas) ELT/ETL pipelines and data modeling for reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with modern data warehouses and cloud platforms preferably AWS (Redshift S3 Lambda) with exposure to Databricks and orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Advanced Tableau dashboard development query optimization and warehouse performance tuning.
- Experience integrating Salesforce/CRM and multi-source data environments with strong data governance and quality practices.
- Exposure to GCP/BigQuery and analytics in BPO or operational environments (workforce performance supply chain/service delivery).
- Experience in SaaS digital platforms EdTech or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
