Essential Responsibilities:

Macrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components of its success. The Data Quality Specialist is a part of the global knowledge management task force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Companys collective intelligence has been checked to ensure accuracy and completeness to support recruiting teams globally.

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong focus on Data Quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in SQL Power BI Data Analysis and Database Management. Your role will involve ensuring data integrity developing reports and providing insights to drive decision-making.

The primary duties of the Data Quality & Cleanup Specialist include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary resource for identifying investigating and resolving data quality issues across core systems including CRM databases and internal data platforms.

  • Proactively identify gaps anomalies duplicates incomplete entries and outdated information across datasets.

  • Support daily quality checks cleanup and verification processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Define and apply data quality rules standards and workflows to ensure data adheres to organizational requirements.

  • Review and validate completed work to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with data quality guidelines.

  • Comply with Company data integrity security and confidentiality protocols.

  • Work closely with the data team to ensure the quality of data in the database is accurate and consistent across all environments.

The Data Quality & Cleanup Specialist will report to the Technology & Innovation Department.


Requirements

  • Professional experience in the legal recruiting or professional services industries is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required (JDs welcome).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines; self-motivated with a mature proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly task-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid technical aptitude and proficiency in the MS Office Suite; data entry experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS Snowflake or similar platforms.
