Café Team Leader 35h Dublin

As a valued member of our café team youll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment seamlessly integrated within our store. 

Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality outstanding service and memorable experiences for every guest. With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs youll help create a personalised and inspiring café atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality. 

Youll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpointfrom warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. Youll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages consistently upholding our standards of excellence. 

In this role youll also play a key part in promoting the cafés values culture and concept while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café by supporting the Café Manager.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in food and beverage and fully flexible to support the Café Manager. What matters most is your passion for hospitality your willingness to learn and your commitment to creating great guest experiences. 

Qualifications :

• Experiencein a café restaurant or other food & beverage environment 

• Customer-focused mindset A genuine passion for food and drink and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers and team members alike.  

• Adaptable and flexible able to respond quickly to customer feedback/requirements menu changes and stock fluctuations.  

• Strong organisational skills with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced settings to deliver outstanding service is preferred

• Excellent Communication: Clear confident and empathetic in both customer and team interactions able to provide clear direction and constructive feedback when needed. 

• Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development. 

• Comfortable working varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays. 

• Fluency in English
