THE POSITION:
Were looking for an experienced and commercially minded B2B Sales Manager ideally with a background in the hospitality industry to strengthen the market position of our hotels in Central & South Germany.
Please note: our office location will move in Q1 2026 to EschbornFrankfurt which will become your primary office base.
Youll be responsible for developing and executing a clear account management plan building strong relationships with corporate clients and achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets for the hotels in your area.
In this role youll manage key regional accounts while also maintaining and expanding relationships that support other hotels across our wider European portfolio. Youll collaborate closely with our Sales Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure alignment between commercial initiatives pricing strategies and overall business goals.
You will report directly to the Regional Commercial Director.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop implement and maintain a structuredaccount management planwith clear KPIs performance reviews and growth actions.
Drive B2B and B2B2C salesfor hotels in your region through proactive client acquisition retention and relationship development.
Manage and growkey accounts ensuring long-term partnerships and increased revenue opportunities across multiple hotels.
Usedata and market insightsto identify trends analyse performance and refine sales strategies for maximum results.
Regularly reviewaccount performance and profitability providing clear reporting and recommendations to management.
Work closely withRevenue Management and Marketingteams to optimize commercial outcomes and align on strategic priorities.
Represent the company attrade shows networking events and client meetingsto build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
Supportcross-regional accounts ensuring consistent client experience and alignment with group-wide objectives.
Apply amodern analytical approachtoprofitablesales focusing on measurable outcomes rather than traditional volume-based selling.
HOW YOULL DO IT:
Proven experience inB2B sales ideally within hotels or the wider hospitality sector.
Strongaccount management skillswith a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Adata-driven mindset using insights and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance.
A solidprofessional networkwithin the German corporate and hospitality market.
Experience withMarriott brandsis a strong advantage.
Excellentcommunication and relationship-buildingabilities.
Astrategic commercially focused thinkerwho combines initiative with strong follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
A flexible hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Willingness totravel frequentlywithin your region.
Fluency inEnglish and German.
Experience withSalesforce or other CRM systemsis a strong plus.
