Job Summary
Your role as Recruitment Coordinator
- Nurture the applicant journey from initial contact through to appointment approval.
- Effectively coordinate the recruitment process in line with statutory legislation and the Pubs Code.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to understand recruiting requirements and needs.
- Support the coordination of targeted recruiting activities in line with recruitment plans and strategies.
- Maintain and regularly report on key recruitment metrics such as applicant numbers and pubs recruiting.
What Youll Bring
- Experience with candidate screening and evaluation (phone-based).
- High level of IT literacy with sound Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience of data management and CRM systems.
- A passion for people pubs and customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Takes personal ownership and accountability.
- A people person who is a strong team player with energy and enthusiasm supporting colleagues and encouraging best practice.
