Were looking for a proactive and organised Employee Relations Coordinator to join our HR team.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for ER and policy queries and will provide essential administrative and casework support across a wide range of employee relations matters. This is a great opportunity for someone with early ER experience or a HR background who wants to specialise and develop.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Although primarily office based (LS15 8ZB) during training period there will then be opportunity for hybrid working.
