We are currently seeking an individual to join the team asHead of Compensation Policy and Delivery.
The role will lead on wider workforce reward policies and all aspects of performance and reward (P&R) delivery including analytics across HSBC to ensure a consistent employee experience of P&R products and services.
The successful candidate will functionally report to the Group Head of Performance Cash Compensation and Governance.
