Job Summary
As a Chef De Partie you will...
As well as having excellent presentation communication and management skills you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
- Ideally have some knowledege of contract catering and up to date trends
- Have a real passion for food and customer service
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Be able to work within set budgets
- Confident in running a section and keeping track of orders
- Have a good understanding of stock rotation
- Work in a clean and tidy manner
