We provide a hybrid work model employees must be in the office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. There will be flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

As part of AbbVies Business Technology Solutions team you will gain hands-on experience developing digital tools and technology solutions that advance AbbVies mission and enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer and Patient Focus: Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Decision Making: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Adapt and Innovate: Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Engage in tasks that challenge your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.

- Bilingual (English and French)
- Recently completed a graduate or undergraduate university program or be expected to graduate in 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of customer servicepaired with an educational background in areas such as information technology computer science data analytics business administration communications or related disciplines is a valuable asset. Experience or coursework in fields like project management systems analysis user experience or digital transformation are considered a strong asset.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in customer and patient needs has effective analytical and problem-solving skills is adaptable and innovative and excels in in a team centric environment.
