Job Summary

Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa begins behind the scenes with our Food & Beverage teams commitment to safe and efficient operations. To work as a team to achieve expectations above guest standards in a manner consistent with SMI policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for all proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the outlet kitchens employee cafeteria and food production and storage areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all floors mats ovens vents and kitchen equipment throughout the back of house.
  • Proper use and storage of all chemicals that are use throughout the night.
  • Ability to follow special task also deep cleaning in different areas assigned.
  • Report to supervisor for guidance and schedule throughout the night.
