About the role

As the Customer Liaison Team Leader Private Installations you will lead and supervise the Private Assets team in delivering high-quality customer service across Essential Energys Private Defect Management and Master Subtractive Metering Programs. Youll support operational activities drive continual improvement and ensure effective communication and defect rectification processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining stakeholder relationships managing escalated enquiries and contributing to compliance and audit functions.

This role can be based anywhere withinEssential Energys operational footprint.

You are highly organised able to manage competing priorities and proficient in relevant business systems and computer operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business or demonstrated capability through relevant qualifications and/or past employment experience.

Desired experience

  • Proven experience in a similar management role within the energy distribution sector
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Skilled in analysing operational data and preparing reports
  • Technical knowledge to manage planned and unplanned events with appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with legislative and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role
