Job Summary
| The position requires some evening and weekend working. Flexible/hybrid working maybe available subject to Comd agreement however living locally is recommended. Responsible to the Garrison Comd for the successful operation of the Garrison which comprises 3500 service personnel and over 12000 visiting personnel per annum. Support to the Garrison Commander in delivery of HoE responsibilities across the garrison estate Responsible for the Planning coordination and delivery of Garrison operations in support of the Comds intent. Provide Staff Support to SEO GMT and SEO People & Engagement Team who deliver wider Garrison outputs Oversee and manage the Physical Security and Guarding for Aldershot Garrison. Co-ordinate and synchronise Garrison user activity and control the master FOE 7. Co -ordinate Firm base (HoE) assurance. 8. MS responsibility as 1RO for MPGS WO / SNCOs and RQMS. 9.
