Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Manager is in charge of the systems processes data and analytics that help marketing projects run smoothly and get better results. This job makes sure that operations run smoothly data is accurate and marketing strategy and execution are in sync all while working from home. The Marketing Operations Manager works closely with the marketing sales finance and technology teams to make sure that marketing performance can grow and that decisions are based on facts.


Main Duties:

Oversee and improve the tools processes and workflows used in marketing operations

Manage the marketing technology stack which includes platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) marketing automation and analytics.

Make sure that all marketing systems have accurate data good governance and good reporting.

Make and keep dashboards reports and performance metrics up to date to help with strategic decisions.

Help with planning carrying out and analyzing a campaign after it ends

Work with sales operations to make sure that lead management attribution and pipeline reporting are all in sync.

Set up and enforce marketing standards processes and paperwork

Handle marketing operations budgets forecasts and relationships with vendors.

Find ways to automate make processes better and make operations more efficient.

Make sure you follow the rules about data privacy and your companys policies.


Qualifications Needed:

A bachelors degree in business administration marketing analytics or a related field

At least 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations marketing analytics or a similar job

A lot of experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (like Marketo HubSpot and Pardot).

Advanced skills in analysis and reporting such as making dashboards

Great skills in managing projects communicating and working with stakeholders

Ability to work alone and run cross-functional projects from a distance

A good understanding of metrics for marketing performance attribution models and funnel analytics


Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience in B2B SaaS or tech-based companies

Knowledge of business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools

Experience helping with account-based marketing (ABM) programs

Understanding of privacy laws like the CCPA and GDPR

Certifications in marketing operations or analytics


Pay for the year:
Depending on experience qualifications and where you live the salary range is $90000 to $135000 per year.
