About the role

As a Customer Liaison Specialist Private Installations you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and outcomes relating to customer interfacing programs. You will resolve complaints and disputes coordinate customer support arrangements and assist the Customer Service Branch in delivering efficient service and managing relationships with customers retailers and key stakeholders.

You will design and deliver tailored communications maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer interface processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving strong stakeholder engagement and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

This role will be based within theEssential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.

About your skills

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes. Your problem-solving and decision-making abilities enable you to apply sound judgement within delegated limits. You are skilled in researching and analysing customer data maintaining confidentiality and managing a varied workload under pressure. You are proficient in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Business or demonstrated capability through relevant experience and/or qualifications.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in customer liaison advisory complaints or dispute resolution roles.
  • Proven success in managing complex customer interactions and problem-solving.
  • Experience in compiling data coordinating communications and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and CRM platforms.
