The opportunity
The purpose of the Performance Marketing Senior Associate of the Digital Marketing CoE is to partner with BMC Marketing Operations leads and managers to achieve EY brand goals and ensure speed quality value and compliance through the activation lifecycle. The role requires a strong analytical background with a passion for data dissection and visualization along with the ability to transform insights. The senior associate will also play a crucial role in optimizing digital campaigns and maximizing their impact through rigorous analysis and continuous process and quality improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Understand Digital Activations ecosystem - Paid Display Social and Programmatic with experience in managing large to medium activations - from ideation to go live.
- Collect analyse and interpret large datasets from various sources including digital advertising platforms website analytics and customer behaviour data.
- Identify trends patterns and insights that inform campaign optimization and overall marketing strategies. Recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Work with the marketing team to segment customer audiences based on demographics behaviour and engagement data.
- Provide insights into audience behaviours and preferences enabling the creation of highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing analytics.
- Share insights with the team and propose innovative ways to leverage data for marketing success.
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree. Masters degree is a plus.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English a generous aptitude to learn the organizations pattern of communication.
- 5-8 years of experience with top agencies digital marketing analytics preferably in a performance marketing role.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Ads LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Adobe Analytics Google Analytics Tableau or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present complex data findings for diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and precision.
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to analyse organize and integrate information and data dump into clear and concise presentations.
- Knowledge of social and digital media research and analytics.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
- Potential exposure in adoption of Gen AI into marketing activations and process improvements.
