What You Will Do

Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models including Bayesian Optimization Reinforcement Learning forecasting and predictive modeling to address complex business challenges.
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preprocessing feature engineering model training hyper-parameter tuning deployment and monitoring
Work with large-scale datasets and complex codebases
Build and optimize deep learning models employing PyTorch TensorFlow and other modern ML/DL frameworks
Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve client problems and integrate them into our internal tech stack
Collaborate with multi-functional teams including data engineers ML scientists and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and applications
Conduct data analysis using SQL and other query languages to derive actionable insights and continuously improve model performance
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research deployment practices and tooling and recommend adoption of relevant innovations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning or a related field.
36 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end AI/ML project development using Python and libraries such as PySpark Pandas NumPy.
Strong foundations in classical machine learning algorithms and modern deep learning techniques.
Proven experience with PyTorch TensorFlow and other ML/DL frameworks for building and deploying production-grade models.
Solid understanding ofsoftware engineering principles (version control testing CI/CD) and ability to apply them to ML workflows.
Experience with data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines data workflows and distributed computing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Structured thinking and strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
A strong desire to learn innovate and deliver measurable business value through AI/ML solutions.
