Manager - Risk & Controls
Scope
Conduct system and process reviews across finance inventory POS/PMS payroll and operational functions.
Review stock counts short-expiry items non-moving inventory and related controls.
Carry out spot checks investigations and control assessments across properties.
Ensure effective implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate quarterly internal audits with Group Internal Auditors.
Prepare and agree management responses to audit observations.
Monitor timely rectification and implementation of audit recommendations.
Provide advisory support to management on control enhancements and risk mitigation initiatives.
Strengthen governance compliance and internal control frameworks across the Leisure sector.
Requirements
Fully or partly qualified Accountant or Internal Auditor.
Prior experience in hotel leisure or multi-property operations will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of hotel operations finance and inventory management systems.
Hands-on experience in internal audits process reviews and investigations.
Ability to work closely with operational teams while maintaining professional independence.
Strong analytical reporting and follow-up capabilities.
High level of integrity objectivity and attention to detail.
