Job Summary
Hi
We are hiring for a sales tax analyst role for our client
Location Pune
Review/ verification of the exemption certificate received
Communicate with customers for any gaps found and get a valid certificate; follow-up until done
Maintain a tracker for progress made
Archive/ upload the exemption certificates received following naming convention
Train OCR automation (Bot) to read ship to address on AP invoices received by US entities
Assist in clearing review que in OCR process where confidence score of the bot for identified
fields is lower than the threshold
Organization of folders files trackers and periodic report-out of progress to the management

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or post-graduation in accounting/ commerce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
At least 3 years of work experience in corporate/ dealing with corporate
Experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
