Job Summary

Job Description of Contracts Manager:

Responsible for leading the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process ensuring that all contracts align with organizational goals mitigate risk and comply with legal and regulatory standards and collaboration with senior stakeholders across legal procurement finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing the scope of work specifications and conditions for new contracts.
Participation in pre-bid / post-bid discussions and assisting in drafting of contracts and agreements and in finalizing contracting philosophies.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for establishing and enforcing contract management policies procedures and best practices.
Providing contractual & legal advice / assistance to procurement finance and project teams aligning with business goals.
Lead disputes resolutions Arbitrations proceedings managing EOT claims & Delay Analysis and Cost related Claim and variations.
Identifying and mitigating legal & commercial risks and monitoring contract performance including developing and tracking key metrics.
Ensuring compliance corporate policies contractual obligations and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Thorough understanding of construction lease operations suppliers agreements latest guidelines/ rulings on contracts.
Drive improvements in contract lifecycle management tools & processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in law Business Administration or related field.
More than 15 years of experience with at least 7 years in contracts management.
Strong knowledge of contract law commercial terms and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in managing complex high-value contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
Industry experience in the renewable energy or metals sector 5yrs
Additional certifications in contract management legal studies or related fields are a plus.

Job Location: Mumbai Surat Hyderabad

Mobility: Flexibility to PAN India assignments.
