Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workato Developer to design develop and support enterprise-grade integrations and automations using the Workato platform.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating on-premise applications optimizing business processes and ensuring reliable scalable and secure integrations across multiple systems.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Workato a solid understanding of integration patterns APIs and enterprise systems and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams.

Key Deliverables:

Core Skills:

5 years experience with strong hands-on experience with Workato platform

Expertise in:

Recipes triggers actions and connectors
Recipe lifecycle management and deployment
Error handling retries and exception management
Solid understanding of REST APIs SOAP APIs JSON XML and Webhooks
Experience with authentication methods (OAuth 2.0 API keys Basic Auth JWT etc.)

Integration & Enterprise Systems

Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications such as:
WMS Finance and custom in-house applications
ERP (NetSuite SAP Oracle etc.)
CRM (Salesforce Dynamics etc.)
Knowledge of data transformation mapping and integration patterns

Supporting Skills

Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
Understanding of event-driven and asynchronous processing
Experience with version control and CI/CD concepts (preferred)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Development

Design develop test deploy and maintain integrations using Workato recipes connectors and triggers.
Implement complex workflows involving multi-step logic conditional processing error handling and retries.
Develop custom connectors using REST/SOAP APIs when out-of-the-box connectors are insufficient.
Apply best practices for scalability performance and reusability of Workato recipes.

Architecture & Solution Design

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to define integration architecture and standards.
Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
Define data mapping transformation validation and enrichment logic across systems.
Recommend optimal integration patterns (event-driven batch real-time async etc.).

Platform Management & Governance

Manage Workato environments (Dev QA UAT Prod) and support deployment activities.
Establish and follow governance standards for naming conventions versioning documentation and access controls.
Monitor integrations using Workato dashboards and logs; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Implement security best practices including authentication authorization encryption and secure credential management.

Testing Support & Optimization

Perform unit testing integration testing and support UAT activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues including root cause analysis and preventive fixes.
Optimize existing recipes for performance reliability and cost efficiency.
Support hypercare and ongoing operational support as required.

Certification

Workato certifications are must

Required Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong ownership accountability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Years of Experience:

5 years of relevant work experience with a reputed organization.

Educational Qualification:

ME (IT Computer) BE (IT Computer) MCA MSC-IT BC
