Shri Kailash Solar Power is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Project Management to lead and oversee large-scale solar and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery within budget quality standards and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership strategic planning and deep technical expertise in project management.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and risk assessment.

• Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall organisational goals.

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage and monitor project budgets ensuring cost optimisation and financial discipline.

• Track expenses analyse variances and initiate corrective actions when required.

Schedule & Progress Management

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Monitor milestones and proactively address delays or execution challenges.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and consultants.

• Foster a collaborative accountable and high-performance work culture.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders vendors contractors consultants and government authorities.

• Ensure clear communication and expectation management across all parties.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations local authorities and industry standards.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

• Conduct periodic audits and site inspections.

Contract & Vendor Management

• Oversee contract negotiations vendor selection and performance management.

• Ensure adherence to contractual terms and timelines.

Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular project status reports covering cost schedule risks and progress to senior management.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Health Safety & Environment

• Enforce strict HSE policies at project sites.

• Promote a safe and compliant working environment.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Construction Management or a related field
  (Masters degree preferred)

• 7 10 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or solar power projects

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP / PRINCE2 preferred)

• Proven expertise in budgeting scheduling contract management and regulatory compliance

• Experience dealing with government bodies and statutory authorities

• Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Solar power or renewable energy project experience

• Familiarity with local building codes safety regulations and statutory approvals

• Ability to handle multiple projects and high-value portfolios
