Job Summary
As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams analyzing system performance and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives and user needs. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving as you will be tasked with maintaining the integrity and reliability of essential applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Machine Learning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka AWS Glue Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
- Experience in deploying machine learning models in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with data processing and ETL tools.
