What you need:
- 2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Weekend days required but includes your selection of any 2 weekdays off
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years; including you must be 21 years old and have held a valid drivers license for three years to operate a company vehicle and to obtain company insurance.
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with: variable speed units replacing parts such as contractors and capacitors handling refrigerant etc.
- EPA Certification Licensing preferred
