Business Project Advisor Accounting & Finance Initiatives

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate accounting-related projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive business readiness by managing process impact assessments communications and stakeholder engagement for accounting teams.
- Integrate accounting processes controls and system reporting requirements into business initiatives to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison between Accounting Finance and business partners providing clear communication on project status risks and dependencies.
- Maintain project artifacts such as plans and status reports to support governance and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and support adoption of best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting with project coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
- Self-starter quick learner and effective team player.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience supporting process improvement and change management initiatives.
