Provide high level of customer service and interaction to address customer primary concerns. Sell accessories to incoming customers and coordinate with Parts Manager and Scheduler.
- Maintain a professional appearance and reliable attendance at scheduled shifts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and handletelephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Attend all sales meetings during shift
- Responsible for the sale of accessories
- Verifying there are vehicles in designated areas to show major accessories to customers
- Call or send emails to customers that have questions on accessories
- Follow up with all customers who purchased accessories after installation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adheres to all company policies and billing procedures
- Greet customers in timely friendly manner
- Stay updated on all products and price changes
- Notify scheduler of appointments that need to be completed before vehicle delivery
- Review and follow up on customer leads
- Other duties that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
- Strong communication skills
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must be able topass a background check & drug screen
