The Role: Client Services Supervisor
This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field meeting families supporting caregivers and representing our agency in the community. Youll conduct in-home assessments maintain strong client relationships and help drive growth through referral development and community engagement.
Its a hands-on people-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives on connection problem-solving and making a meaningful difference every day.
What Youll Do
Client Experience & Field Assessments
Conduct in-home care assessments and reassessments
Build strong trusting relationships with clients and families
Ensure care plans are accurate personalized and aligned with client needs
Serve as a responsive compassionate point of contact for client concerns
Caregiver Support & Oversight
Partner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matches
Provide field support oversight coaching and communication as needed
Conduct annual reviews and supervisory visits
Help maintain continuity and quality of care
Business Development & Community Outreach
Represent With A Little Help at community events senior centers and partner organizations
Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partners
Identify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputation
Support marketing initiatives and local engagement efforts
Operational Coordination
Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
Support the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalism
Who You Are

You likely bring:
Experience in home care home health senior services social work or related fields
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working independently in the field
