Job Summary

Location: Vancouver WA
Job Type: Full-Time
- Install and repair cabinetry including base and full-height cabinets
- Assess and repair subfloors as needed
- Install flooring including LVP laminate hardwood and tile (project dependent)
- Perform trim and finish carpentry including baseboards casing and door/window trim
- Hang tape texture and repair drywall
- Prepare prime and paint interior surfaces
- Maintain a clean organized and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with Construction Manager and homeowners
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Proven experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry
- Strong working knowledge of subfloor repair and flooring installation
- Experience with drywall installation finishing and interior painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in insurance restoration or residential rebuild work
- Ability to read and interpret scopes of work and basic construction plans
- OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred not required)
