Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
- Translate complex business needs into clear actionable technical specifications.
- Lead discovery sessions stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows data models and system diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a business analyst role within a software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to work with APIs data structures and modern software architectures.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
