About the Role:

As a Business Analyst you will work with stakeholders from all parts of BaptistCare to elicit requirements and capture business needs. Youll articulate and document business requirements conduct as-is/to-be process mapping and business process design participate in project delivery through design reviews and walk-throughs and validate and communicate outcomes. Youll act as a bridge between business and technology teams ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.

About the Team:

The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation transformational projects advanced analytics seamless technology operations and risk management. Youll join a collaborative team that values creativity flexibility and a solutions-focused approach.

About You:

Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis and business process design
Bachelor degree in business business analytics information technology or a related field
Previous experience participating on project teams and business system implementation projects
Experience with testing system changes for various projects
Demonstrated experience using software tools such as Visio MS Project & Jira to document plans and processes
High level of written verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop relationships with key organisational stakeholders including executives and business users
Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a language suitable for various audiences including business stakeholders executives and technology teams
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems and respond to changing demands
Hands-on experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions
Experience working on projects across Finance HR processes Recruitment Learning and Development WHS compliance and similar business functions
Familiarity with systems such as Technology One SAP Workday or comparable platforms
Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCares Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work

Desirable experience includes:

Experience with Healthcare Aged Care Community Services and/or NFP systems and technology
Experience with Project Management
