We are seeking a highly skilledServiceNow Project Managerfor acontract consulting engagementsupporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at motivating teams managing complex projects and delivering high-value technical and business outcomes.What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead ServiceNow projects end-to-end ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements and client expectations
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current processes and systems define requirements and design and configure ServiceNow solutions
- Manage system configurations workflow customizations quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Support project teams mentoring technical and functional resources and providing expert guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams vendors and management to coordinate development efforts and resolve project issues
- Deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform including ITIL process implementation
- Prepare proposals lead presentations and build relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
- Contribute to practice development by documenting methodologies developing intellectual property and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities to optimize processes across ITSM HR Customer Service and other workflow domains
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters MBA or Information Systems degree is a plus)
- ServiceNow certifications such asCertified System AdministratororImplementation Specialist; advanced certifications are a plus
- ITIL certifications (Foundations Intermediate Expert) and/orPMP certificationare considered an asset
- 4 yearsof experience delivering ServiceNow implementations including configuration development and project leadership
- Experience withJavaScript HTML CSS AngularJS and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs JSON/XML
- Proven project management skills including direct client interaction and delivery of complex projects
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with experience facilitating workshops preparing presentations and producing process documentation
- Experience with other ITSM platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy HP Service Manager) and workflow technologies (HR Case Management Customer Service Management) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams mentor colleagues and build strong relationships with technical and functional stakeholders
