SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this role is to support the transition of JJPS/JJOS to DPS Production/Operating system as we embark on the journey of establishing DePuy Synthes as a standalone company. This role will be instrumental in shaping and supporting the transition for DPS Production/Operating system leveraging good proven practices enhancing teams lean capabilities and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape the strategy plan and design for the transition of JJPS/JJOS to DPS Production/Operating system leveraging the good proven practices and collaborating with cross countries team.
Support the rebranding of DPS Production and Operating System with related change management and communication.
Lead Training materials refresh Knowledge center creation leveraging digital tools.
Lead and execute lean workshops transformation projects and activities with tangible business results using proven lean methodologies and techniques.
Enhance teams lean capabilities and drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching team with learn by doing approach.
Support the deployment of DPS Production/Operating system to deliver value to business and customers.
SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Industry Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
36 years of experience in lean manufacturing operations excellence or related field with continuous improvement mindsets.
Proven experience in deploying digital tools and leading process improvement projects.
SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES
Familiarity with project management problem solving and digital product development.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles data analytics and digital technologies.
Hands-on experience in change management and capability building.
Good written and oral English communication skills required.
Able to deliver oral and written communications around process improvement projects that have clarity and impact to all levels of the organization.
Strong computer skills Microsoft Office Visio. AutoCAD PowerPoint Power apps.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and manage self-directed work team with little support from manager.
