Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.
• Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style budget and space requirements.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection including materials designs dimensions and care instructions.
• Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from selection to finalizing transactions.
• Handle questions concerns and objections with professionalism and patience.
• Assist customers in placing orders arranging financing and scheduling deliveries.
• Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns product issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
• Adhere to company policies safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
• Educate customers about policies related to warranties returns and exchanges.
• Performing various other duties as assigned

Compensation:

The starting rate for this position is X; skill set and experience will be taken into consideration for total renumeration of role.
