Job Summary
Job Title: General Manager Culvers of Fort Wayne Dupont Rd.

Friendly Faces and Genuine Hospitality. Our Fort Wayne Dupont Road location is
seeking a dynamic results-driven General Manager to lead our team in delivering
exceptional guest experiences while upholding our legacy of quality.
As General Manager your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading with Heart: Inspire and motivate a diverse team of 50 - 65 crew members fostering a positive inclusive culture that reflects Culvers values.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including food preparation guest service inventory management and financial performance ensuring we meet Culvers high standards.
- Delivering Wow-Worthy Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by maintaining our signature hospitality and quality in every ButterBurger and Frozen Custard we serve.
- Growing the Business: Implement strategies to boost sales control costs and achieve financial targets while maintaining compliance with health safety and labor regulations.
- Building Community Connections: Strengthen ties with the local community through events partnerships and outstanding service that makes our restaurant a neighborhood staple.
- Developing Talent: Recruit train and mentor team members helping them grow into future leaders within the Culvers family.
What are we looking for Were seeking a top-tier leader who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and brings the following to the table:
- Proven Leadership: 3 years of restaurant management experience ideally in quick-service or casual dining with a track record of driving sales and team performance.
- Guest-First Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for every guest.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements inventory control labor scheduling and food cost management.
- Team-Building Skills: Ability to recruit coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive collaborative workplace.
