Restaurant Manager
- Lead & Motivate: Drive engagement and growth with a team of 2050.
- Mindthe Business: Manage rostering recruiting stock and compliance with support fromAreaManagers.
- Support Growth:Help your team grow through check-ins performance reviews and talent pipelines.
- Know your Numbers:Manage profit & loss budgets and KPIs to ensure success.
- Make a Difference:Drive ourLocal Mattersprogram by engaging with community groups.
Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Lead the Squad:Asmotivatorinchiefworkalongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire motivate and guide your team.
- Hands-On Action: Be in the thick of itgrillinrunning the floor and supporting your team.
- Deliver Quality:Stay ontop ofsafety food qualityandmaintainhigh standardsfor every guest experience and every burger.
- Smash Goals: Drive team performance hit targets and celebrate wins.
