- The role of PD-1/PD-L1 in kidney resident memory T cell formation and immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced acute kidney injury (ICI-AKI): in this project we will use various transgenic mice to decipher the role of PD-1/PD-L1 in different immune cell types (T cell and myeloid cell) in Trm biology.
- The role of DAF/CD55 regulating complement activation in AKI: in this project we will employ different murine AKI models to understand how complement activation modulate kidney injury.
