We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Real Estate Valuation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in property valuation financial modeling and market analysis. The successful candidate will assist in preparing valuation reports conducting research and supporting senior team members to deliver accurate and timely insights for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real estate valuation reports for diverse asset classes including residential commercial retail hospitality and industrial properties.
- Develop and maintain financial models using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) income capitalization and comparable sales approaches.
- Collect and analyze market data including rental rates occupancy trends and transaction details.
- Support due diligence processes for acquisitions disposals and financing transactions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal and client meetings
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in finance Economics Real Estate or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and functions).
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with valuation standards (IVS RICS) and local regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledge of real estate financial software/tools (e.g. Argus) is a plus.
