Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Executive to join our dynamic team in Mysuru India. As an IT Executive you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our organizations goals and drive technological advancement.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that support the organizations objectives and enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure systems and software across the organization
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions to meet organizational needs
- Manage IT projects from conception to implementation ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organizations digital assets
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
- Develop and manage IT budgets optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and service delivery
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience in a senior IT role with a strong track record of successful project management and strategy development
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and software management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and drive innovation within the organization
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation in an IT context
