Job Summary:

Are you passionate about building intuitive high-impact user interfaces Were looking for a talented Front-End UI Engineer to help us transform the digital experience in financial services.

Responsibilities:

Design and build sophisticated web applications using modern front-end technologies (JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS)
Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional visually compelling and responsive web pages
Build and maintain reusable code and component libraries for scalability and maintainability
Optimise applications for speed performance and cross-browser compatibility
Integrate APIs and services to connect front-end interfaces with back-end systems
Collaborate with UX Product QA and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions
Drive analytics implementation to enhance user engagement and data-driven development
Champion the adoption of design system components across the organisation
Assist with system maintenance documentation and occasional after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a front-end software engineer
Expert proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS
Experience building and integrating UI components (native web component and Lit experience preferable)
Strong understanding of responsive design cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD environments
Experience with automated unit testing
Strong documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
