You will lead operational strategy and commercial execution for a data-driven health platform. This dual-focus role involves streamlining internal workflows managing financial planning and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a key leadership figure you will build scalable systems and optimize the supply chain to support rapid global expansion.

What you will do:

Oversee day-to-day operations and implement scalable processes to drive organizational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Lead financial strategy including budget management cash flow reporting and revenue diversification initiatives.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and supply chain optimizations to expand market reach and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate:

Over 7 years of leadership experience in operations or commercial strategy within a high-growth startup or digital health environment.
Proven track record of scaling processes and driving revenue through partnerships and data-driven decision-making.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management statutory compliance and performance tracking via KPIs.
