Claiborne Senior Living LLCNewnan Georgia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team on a full-time hourly basis. As a CNA/ Med Tech you will provide direct care and support to our senior residents assisting them with daily living activities and maintaining their overall physical and emotional well-being. This is an individual contributor role working closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and toileting
- Monitoring and recording resident vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Administering medications as directed by the nursing staff
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assisting with simple medical procedures such as wound care and catheterization
- Communicating effectively with residents family members and other healthcare team members
- Adhering to all company policies procedures and safety standards

Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Mississippi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Must have a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with others
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility
