With a global market presence we are now looking to expand the US market and seek a talented KA Sales Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the US robotics market and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify acquire and maintain key accounts (including robot manufacturers system integrators and end-users in core industries).
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting needs assessment solution proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends competitor dynamics and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • 3 years of KA sales experience in the robotics smart logistics or advanced manufacturing industry with a proven track record in US mobile and humanoid robots market development.
  • Deep understanding of the US robotics market including key players industry trends and customer pain points; existing key account resources are a plus.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
