Emergency Veterinarian (DVM)

Mentorship & Training

Compensation & Scheduling
- Training pay: $1000 per shift
- Post-training compensation: $1000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
- No negative accrual
- Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month with optional additional shifts
- Some weekend and overnight shifts required

Ideal Candidate
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Active veterinary license preferred; licensure transfer fees covered if needed
