Emergency Veterinarian (DVM)

Emergency & Critical Care Mentorship Available Flexible Scheduling

Join a well-established emergency veterinary hospital with decades of experience serving a growing community while remaining at the forefront of emergency and critical care medicine. This role offers robust training strong clinical support and a sustainable schedule designed for long-term success in ER practice.

What We Offer

Mentorship & Training

  • Tailored hands-on mentorship program for new and early-career ER veterinarians
  • Direct access to experienced emergency clinicians in a culture centered on teaching and learning
  • Specialized training opportunities including Global FAST ultrasound and multi-day surgical training programs

Compensation & Scheduling

  • Training pay: $1000 per shift
  • Post-training compensation: $1000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
  • No negative accrual
  • Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month with optional additional shifts
  • Some weekend and overnight shifts required

Sign-On & Financial Support

  • Sign-on bonus up to $50000

  • Relocation assistance up to $12000

  • Student loan repayment program: up to $20000 per year for 4 years

Ideal Candidate

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
  • Active veterinary license preferred; licensure transfer fees covered if needed

  • Strong communicator with a professional respectful approach to clients and staff
