Role Overview
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership while fostering a positive team-oriented partnership with hospital and operational leadership you will guide associate veterinarians support staff development and ensure medical excellence regulatory compliance and sustainable practice growth.
What Youll Do
- Mentor and support veterinarians in clinical professional and administrative growth
- Lead team development through coaching reviews and regular meetings
- Develop implement and monitor medical and compliance protocols
- Collaborate on annual planning operational strategy and practice growth
- Promote a culture of teamwork high medical standards and client satisfaction
Qualifications

DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited program

Active veterinary license in good standing

5 years of clinical experience preferred

Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Strong emotional intelligence and people-management skills

Commitment to ethical gold-standard veterinary medicine
