REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Technology fluent: Comfortable adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in day-to-day work
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the outbound engine: Drive high-quality prospecting via phone email and LinkedIn
- Execute ABM strategy: Research accounts uncover pain points and engage buying committees
- Qualify & convert: Book quality discovery meetings based on fit need and urgency
- Leverage tech & AI: Use HubSpot Sales Navigator and AI tools to personalise outreach and gain insights
- Be curious: Understand customer businesses not just sell services
- Attend training sessions to continuously develop skills
