RN Unit Coordinator
Rate: $34-35/hour plus $3 Shift Differential
Shift: 3pm-11pm Full-Time Every Other Weekend

Coordinate and oversee unit operations ensuring exceptional resident care.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control standards.

Requirements:

Active RN license
Leadership experience or a desire to advance into a leadership role.
