Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage PL process inside of HVAC and support Global Appliance in the consolidation of both actual results and outlook
• Prepare bridge analyses to take action and report concerns
• Provide commercial analysis to support Sales team related to evaluation of price and margin
• Long term planning Manage strategy review and business planning process
• Rebate Management Review rebate and warranty calculations and approve these rebates in FileMaker. Analysis performed by financial analyst is subject to yearly internal / external audits.
• Connect HVAC Finance Director and MES Staff with P&Ls to best support the business
• Bi-monthly MBR PLs and bridge analysis.
• Project evaluation (business case simulation and analysis to provide support for investment)
• CAPEX process approval and governance
• Journal Entry Review for entries prepared by FPA team members
• Review and approve monthly Alliance rebate
• Audit support for order-to-cash matters

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors in Accounting Finance or Business
• Experience: 5 years in cost accounting and cost analysis
• Skills: Financial analysis attention to detail business acumen office suite Oracle Google Docs Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Language Skills: Fluent English
