Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the closing team setting daily weekly and monthly targets.

  • Ensure team members achieve KRA metrics such as prospects site visits and deal closures.

  • Oversee the end-to-end closing process ensuring smooth execution of client agreements and documentation.

  • Maintain and monitor CRM updates and sales reports.

  • Provide guidance mentorship and performance feedback to team members.

  • Collaborate effectively with sourcing and closing managers as well as other teams (marketing operations) to maximize deal conversions.

  • Identify challenges in deal closure and implement effective solutions.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the team meets quality and revenue benchmarks.
